Heather Hedy Di Carlo, Miss New Jersey 2005 will be sent to jail after buying $70,000 of antique furniture using bounced checks! The sentence is to spend one year biehinf bars and five years of probation, and was given on the Superior Court of Newark.

According to reports, she would only serve 60 days of this sentence, her attorney is Paul Bergrin a rather interesting person.
