Popular Clothes for Men

If you are anything like I was a few short years ago, you have absolutely no clue what is cool or in style at the moment.  While I am not the type that wears things just to fit in or be hip, I do like to stay on top of the latest trends.  I don’t want to be that guy that everyone points at and makes the comment to their friend about how he is stuck in a different decade.

I think a trend that I actually do like to follow is with skinny jeans.  Many guys are afraid of wearing anything remotely tight.  I don’t think skinny jeans are necessarily super tight, they are just smaller than the baggy jeans of yesterday.  They are also quite comfortable, which I know I thought would not be the case before I put them on for the first time.  The price of skinny jeans varies by brand and style;  you could find some more $10 or a pair for $300.  I think most guys would love to have a great pair of skinny jeans to wear out at night.

A v-neck sweater is something that every man should own.  It is perfect for those nights that are too warm for a coat but too cold for a t-shirt.  Not to mention, a V-neck sweater looks great with jeans, khakis, and pretty much every other type of pants you can think of.  Don’t be afraid if you have never owned anything V-neck before;  I hadn’t either before getting this one.  I now wear it all the time, which is something I NEVER would’ve thought when I was buying it.

Another item that is very popular, although it has been for some time now, is a nice boot to wear for a variety of occasions.  I have a pair of Alden boots and I wear them in all sorts of different situations: to work, at church, at the grocery store, to the club, and on and on.  I can only think of a few special circumstances in which a nice pair of boots will not fit your outfit.  If you are a guy looking for a good boot, I highly recommend Alden.  Those are a few of the most popular items I can think of for men today – have fun adding some style to your wardrobe.
