Ronda McCullough, widow of comedian Bernie Mac, has filed a lawsuit against Mac’s dermatologist, accusing him of wrongful death, and claiming he didn’t provide him medical care despite showing signs of distress.
In the lawsuit we learn that Mac went to doctor Rene M. Earles office for treatment on sarcoidosis lesions, but instead was for 9 hours in his office.
The doctor has claimed he decided injections were not the best treatment for the lesions, since he had reacted to a shot received by another doctor, since it was discovered he suffered from pneumonia.

“Imagine if you go there to see Miss Universe and you end up having Miss Iowa. You might get those kind of boos,” Batista said. “But it’s OK. They have to understand that as an organization, we have to make sure that the kid is fine. You don’t want to expose him out there.”
