Gretchen Rossi vs TheDirty.com

Gretchen Rossi is furious after the site TheDirty.com posted pictures of her riding topless on the seat of a car.

The actress of Real Housewives of Orange County is said to be on the second round in her battle against TheDirty.com. Previously her lawyers sent a cease and dessist letters after the same website published photos of her on the toilet. After that the site still has her photos on the Web and have published even more.

Now the Costa Mesa Police Department has come into scene, and has sent a letter to the lawyers of TheDirty.com requesting them to investigate where the pictures come from, and who gave them to the website.

Who Got Voted Off American Idol 4/22/09? – Tonight was another American Idol elimination night, as we continue with our American Idol news. Now, this was not a common night in the show.  Last week new rules were used and we saw how judges saved Matt Giraud from being eliminated after his horrendous performance of “Have You ever Really Loved a Woman”, so this meant that tonight two contestants would be sent home.

Lil Rounds and Anoop Desai were eliminated. Lil Rounds sang “I’m Every Woman” and according to many people, her performance was not enough for this competition level. Anoop on the other hand sang “Dim all the Lights” and he had a lot of off-key moments that ultimately sealed his destiny in the show.

The American Idol Top Five 2009 now are: Adam Lambert, Kris Allen, Danny Gokey, Allison Iraheta and Matt Giraud.

David Hernandez and Adam Lambert

David Hernandez and Adam Lambert – Remember David Hernandez? He was a contestant in the previous edition American Idol, he was involved in one of the show ‘scandals’ when it was revealed that he worked as a male stripper.  Well, Michael Musto from the Village Voice talked to him and he made some declarations about current season favorite, Adam Lambert.

Both David and Adam are gay, and Hernandez still thinks this was the reason he was voted off the show:

“It was the gay thing. That’s Middle America for you. I feel like New York and L.A. are two separate countries.”

The reporter said that Adam wasn’t voted off, so Hernandez replied “Not Yet”

Uuhh. Conspirator theories on American Idol, you gotta love that! I think this season Adam still has the lead.  Do you think he will be voted off any time soon?
